Where do you ship to?
We mainly ship within the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Please contact us if you require shipment to other countries.
When will I receive my products?
We aim to deliver within 7-15 business days. Customers can track orders on the site. Please feel free to contact us in advance if you have any concerns about potential delivery times for particular products.
How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping on all orders above €50. Any order below this amount will be charged a flat rate of €4.50 for the entire order.
Which currencies do you accept for payment?
All payments are processed in Euros. If you would rather pay in US dollars please visit our US store.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Contact us and we will provide a return address for a replacement or a refund as preferred. Any issues must be raised within 15 days of order delivery.
Can I cancel an order?
It is possible to cancel an order that you have placed as long as we have not yet submitted it for processing. However, there are no guarantees as orders are often processed very quickly so please let us know at the earliest opportunity. There is a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs or you may request a 100% refund in store credit.
Why did I not receive an order confirmation email?
Please check your trash/junk email folder. If you still cannot see a confirmation email, please contact us to check the progress of your order.
